Get Nice Watches does not sell watches directly. We are a recommendation website that connects you with trusted Amazon sellers. All returns and refunds must be processed through Amazon.

We cannot:

  • Accept returned items
  • Process refunds
  • Replace products
  • Handle warranty claims

Amazon’s Return Policy

When you purchase through our links, you’re protected by Amazon’s 30-Day Return Policy.

You can return most items within 30 days if:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • All tags and labels are attached
  • You have proof of purchase

How to Return a Watch

Step 4: Choose Your Reason

Step 6: Print Your Return Label
Amazon provides a prepaid return label (for most returns)

Step 7: Package and Send
Repackage the watch securely and send via your chosen method

Return Costs

Free Returns:

  • Most items sold and fulfilled by Amazon
  • Items with “Free Returns” badge on the product page
  • Faulty or incorrect items (always free to return)

Return Costs May Apply If:

  • Item was sold by a third-party marketplace seller (check seller’s policy)
  • You’re returning for reasons other than fault/error
  • You selected “change of mind” as the return reason

Refund Processing

Refund Timeline:

  • Amazon processes refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
  • Money is refunded to your original payment method

Exchanges

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your watch arrives damaged or faulty:

Amazon’s A-to-Z Guarantee protects you if:

  • Item doesn’t match description
  • Item arrives damaged
  • Item doesn’t arrive at all
  • Item is counterfeit or significantly different from listing

Wrong Item Delivered

If Amazon sent the wrong watch:

  • Return is completely free
  • Full refund guaranteed

Change of Mind Returns

If you simply changed your mind:

  • You can still return within 30 days
  • Watch must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
